Tonight I enjoyed one of my dearest friend Birthday Celebration at Kingston Grill located at 1105 Main St Forest Park, GA Health Score 96 = A on 11/14/2024 The ambiance is loud with R&B music pumping through the speakers. Makes you want to get up and dance, at least that's what I wanted to do. We had a very large Birthday party and Chasity was our waitress and she accommodated our entire party. The private dining area seats about 40 people. The menu offers a wide variety of Jamaican dishes. I tried the Jerk Chicken Spring Rolls and the Shrimp Tacos. Both dishes were delicious. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. It's great for any party celebrations. Thursday is Karaoke night!!!! It's the Jerk Chicken Spring Rolls for me.

Great amount of food for the price. Very well seasoned. Not too much spice. Best cabbage I've had in a very long time.

Stop in on a Sunday afternoon. It was calm not many folks; 4 tables including ours. There was a live dj which was good. We sat on the back patio; cute set up. For it to be empty our drinks took a while and the food was not hot. Room temperature at best. The Braised Oxtails & Beans were good. They actually had more meat than fat which is greatly appreciated. I didnt try the jerk pork but my company said it was delicious and quite tender. I would recommend and I would visit again.

We went to Kingston Grill on a Friday night. Restaurant wasn't that busy the waiter took a bit long to assist us. Not sure why but the front of the area wasn't full. We finally got seated and we placed our food and drink orders. I ordered the Salmon Entree with steamed cabbage, plantains and white rice. I know I came to a Jamaican restaurant and didn't order oxtail ℓℓ. I know. But i wanted to try something different and they made my change worth it. My salmon entree was great. I ate every single piece. My partner had the Oxtail tacos as you see in the video in my clips below. He said this his 3x ordering them. I also had a Lemon Drop. Ambiance of the place is very simple to me didn't like the bathroom being right at the entry door but I can fix the building layout. Overall I will return possibly I'll try to attend there Brunch next time

I am a doordasher and I had to pick up an order from Kingston grill. I love oxtails and decided to do an order for myself. I ordered the braised oxtails, with cabbage and the rice and beans. Everything tasted great and it took me a few hours to eat it because the portions were generous. I ordered my food through DoorDash as well, but would love to go eat in and feel the vibe.

The first time I visited, I visited after attending a family member's funeral and my company consisted of my daughter and first-cousin (I hope Yelp will show that review as well. Because I'm not from the area, I decided to Yelp a spot where I could order some pasta. Well, long story short, I had dined here before and it was not the same. When I arrived there were 3 other guests. I ordered Chardonnay and it looked like beer to others and pee to me )I'm a healthcare professional). Compare the photos. I politely asked to send the wine back because it looked old and opened and ordered a mimosa. You guys, I was honestly just trying to kill time before my daughter's game. The mimosa tasted bad as well. So I decided to do what seemed natural, send the drink back and ask for a drink that doesn't not come from an opened bottle of wine/champagne and request a business favorite. The Rum-Punch was 10x better and the pasta with oxtails was even better!!! My rating remains the same. Go try it for yourself!

Upon arriving in Atlanta I had a taste for Jamaican food not knowing where to find any I went to Yelp to alert me of any restaurants in the area. I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant was located so close. I went with an open mind and that set me up for a good experience. I ordered Jerk Chicken with Mac n cheese and plantain and white rice. I also ordered goat and rice to go as well. The meal was everything I expected. The Jerk Chicken was on fire literally but still able to eat. The Mac n cheese was excellent along with the plantain. The rice had a unique taste that was suspect but still edible. Very well kept Jamaican Vibe! The ox tail was seasoned to perfection and sauce complimented it well. The location is not far from the highway which is ideal. Overall, great experience!
